The Milwaukee Bucks evened the NBA Finals at 2 games apiece after a wild comeback last night. The Phoenix Suns led by 9 in the 4th quarter but saw the lead vanish thanks to Khris Middletonâs clutch scoring and some big time defense from Giannis Antetokounmpo. Devin Booker did drop a game-high 42 points for the Suns, but his foul trouble and Chris Paulâs turnovers left the door open enough for the Bucks to get a 109-103 win. Hear what Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe have to say about the Bucks’ big win in Game 4.
Giannis Antetokounmpo’s biggest contribution in last nightâs win came at the defensive end. With the Milwaukee Bucks clinging to a 2-point lead with just over a minute to play, the Greek Freak blocked a Deandre Ayton’s alley-oop attempt that wouldâve tied the game. Afterwards, his teammate Pat Connaughton didnât mince words, saying quote ‘itâs the best block of all time. Obviously, we’re a little biased and you can talk about the LeBron block as well. But as far as a block where he was covering the pick-and-roll⌠it’s about as impressive as you can get.’ Chris Broussard joins Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe to rate Giannis’ incredible block in Game 4.
Before winning a gold medal, Team USA needs to show they can win a game first. The Kevin Durant-led American squad suffered their second straight setback yesterday as they lost to Australia 91-83. Patty Mills led the way for the Aussies with 22 points. The Americans had their chances late, but a late airball and turnover ultimately did them in. The only good news is itâs only a pre-Olympics exhibition game. Hear what Skip Bayless and Shannon Shannon Sharpe have to say about Team USA’s rough start.
