Tamika Palmer, who is the mother of Breonna Taylor- who passed away in a police shooting at her own home- decided to pen an open letter to Joe Biden and asked him to stick to his promises regarding police accountability. Palmer also demanded that Biden appoints officers to the Department of Justice, working primarily to hold police accountable.
