Power 106’s L.A Leakers studio has been bringing all the heat when people stop by to perform freestyles as per usual. Within the last few months, hot names have appeared such as J. Cole, Big Sean and Vince Staples, with Latto being the latest to gain traction through their wordplay. The Clayco artist breaks the fourth wall during her freestyle:
Her sophomore album is reportedly being edited as she puts the finishing touches on it. The year has already been filled with great solo singles from Big Latto, including the latest “Big Energy” and “Stank” record may well be the most infectious one yet. Additionally, Latto can be heard with Lil Durk and Don Toliver on the official soundtrack to F9 The Fast Saga, and she has collaborated with Future, and Chris Brown on the remix of Breezy’s summer jam, “Go Crazy.”
She released her debut Queen of da Souf album last year. It features 13 tracks in total, with features from Saweetie,Gucci Mane, 21 Savage, City Girls, Trina among others. Lil Baby is the only addition to the original project. Its success was primarily attributed to the singles “B*tch From Da Souf” alongside Trina and Saweetie, “Muwop” with Gucci Mane. After that, she started contributing to dope collabs like Jacquees’ “Freaky As Me.”
