G Herbo wants younger generations to understand why mental health matters | ‘REVOLT BLACK NEWS’

In this “REVOLT BLACK NEWS” segment, Rodney Rikai leads a conversation on the importance of understanding substance abuse and #mentalhealth, and their place within the Black community. Guest host #GHerbo joins. A major advocate for metal health awareness, especially in regard to his young fans who look up to him in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois; the recording artist has used his platform on multiple occasions to combat mental health stigmas and be a voice of change for his community.

Inspired by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ successful “State Of Emergency: The State of Black America & Coronavirus” town hall, “REVOLT BLACK NEWS” is a platform that is designed to report news from the perspective of Black people for Black people.

“When I started REVOLT, I always wanted to develop a platform to report the news from our perspective, from our lens, from our people, so I decided to launch ‘REVOLT BLACK NEWS.’” said Combs. “We’re here with solutions. We’ve already heard about what we can’t do, but this is what we can do.”
